Ingredients
Sauces
200g tofu soft
150g beans (i took it out from the jar with aquafaba i no rains needed)
1 tablespoon of miso
1 tablespoon of tahini
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (reduced salt)
Lemon zest 1 tablespoon
Water 5 tablespoons
Veggies to bake
1/4 cabbage
1/4 butternut squash
Marinate for veggies
1 tablespoon of oil oil
1 tablespoon of tahini
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
pepper
chili flakes
Colander to sprinkle on top
Equipment
Blender, Oven, Pan
1. SET UP AN OVEN
Set your oven to 200°C so it warms up while you prepare your veggies.
2. PREP OVEN VEGGIES
First, chop the cabbage into bigger chunks. Prepare marinate mix, add olive oil, soy sauce, tahini and all the spices and mix it all together. Drizzle your veggies with it. Place it in the oven. Set up a timer for 30 minutes.

3.Sauce
Add tofu, beans, miso paste, tahini, lemon zest, soy sauce and water to the blender dish. Blend it for a minute or two , till you get a smooth texture.

When veggies in the oven are ready. Chop colander
4. SERVING
When veggies in the oven are ready. You can take them out. Chop colander. Then pour the tofu sauce on the plate add cabbage and the rest of your veggies. Drizzle some coliander. You can also sprinkle seeds to make it extra fancy.
