Easy | 20 min | 9 ingredients but 1 is fancy (inactive yeast flakes)
This recipe is cheat one! As we will use vegan shop bought puff pastry. Most of those are vegan now (as it is cheaper!) so we can finally take the advantage of the industry! It is super easy, quick and delicious! This is also a great party snack. Green mixture makes it look fancy!
Ingredients
2/3 block of tofu
2 tbs inactive yeast flakes
1 sheet of vegan shop bought puff pastry
3 handful of spinach
1/4 tbsp of pepper
1/4 tbsp smoked pepper
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 handful of spring onion
2 tbsp of green peas or edamame
If you feel fancy, you can add
(i mostly do):
chili flakes, sesame seeds
1′ step: mesh the tofu
Add your tofu to a blender dish with all the spices and inactive east and spinach. Blend it till more or less smooth. Tofu should turn green.


2′ Step: prep the pastry
Roll out the pastry sheet and divide it in to 4 or 6 square like pieces. And start your oven. Set your oven to 200°C so it warms up. It depend on your liking. I sometimes do 4 sometimes 6.

3’Step: Add tofu on top
Add tofu mixture to your pastry. Add a spoon full in to the center of pastry squares and start pinching corners. You want the pasty create a bowl like shape so nothing is leaking out of the pastry. I added edamame or peas on top, next chop spring onion and sprinkle it on top of the mixture.

4’step: Shove it in to the oven
shove your it for 15 minutes to preheated oven.
5’step: Take it out of the oven
When you see pastry is picking up a bit of color you can take it out. Give it few minutes of rest and voila it is ready! Super easy! Low effort and really tasty!
