Ingredients:
- 300 g pumpkin
- 1/2 large onion
- 2 cm piece fresh ginger
- 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 200 g Celeriac
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1.5 l boiling water
- Pepper, masala, turmeric , paprika

1’Step: Pumpkin and celeriac
Wash and chop your pumpkin and celeriac into chunks. Drizzle olive oil over the veggies. Put it in the oven for around 40 minutes. So the get tender and pumpkin becomes easy to peel. Just wait few minutes after you take it out to peel – it is easy to get burred!
2’Step: chop
Add spoon of oil to your pot/pan. Chop onion, garlic and ginger in to small pieces. Sauté until onions are translucent and aromatic.

3’Step: we’re fancy – Sautę everything!
Sauté until onions are translucent and aromatic. Add your spices and stir it till onion, garlic and ginger are covered in them.


4’step: veggies
Get your blender out and blend celeriac and pumpkin so it becomes smooth.

5’step: Mix it all
Add mixture to a pan and add your stock and water. Wait till it hits the temperature that you like and eat.
