Ingredients:
- Half of vegan feta block
- Half onion
- 3 handfuls of green beans
- 2 potato
- 2 handfuls Pumpkin seeds
- Pepper
- Oil to fry

1’Step: potatoes
Wash the potatoes. Slice each potato into 6 or 8 pieces to create chunky cubes, depending on the size. Boil them for 16 minutes until they become tender.
2’Step: BEANS
At the same time work through green beans. Remove stems and ends. Next boil for 4 minutes until they become bright green and are barely tender.

3’step: SEEDS
Fry the pumpkin seeds on the high heat pan. No oil needed. Toss them around so they get brownish colour evenly. This will indicate they get crispy and super tasty. Set them aside, I normally add them to a bowl that I will later on use for mixing everything together.
4’step: ONIN
Add oil to a pan and keep it warm. Chop onion into thin slices and add to the pan that is set for medium/high heat. Stir for a few minutes. So it gets crystallized. Get green beans and add to your pan with an onion.
5’step: mIX IT ALL TOGETHER
In the meantime potatoes should be ready so you can drain boiled potatoes. Chop the feta block into small blocks and mix all ingredients together. Feta will stick to everything!
