5 min | Easy | 8 Ingredients
Ingredients:
- half of block of silken tofu
- half of block of firm tofu
- Pepper to your taste i added half of tsp
- Cucumber half
- Soy sauce
- Young spring onion 6 springs
- B12 in liquid
- Mayo vegan tablespoon
1’ Step: Mash tofu together in a bowl
This is super easy and quick but really good tofu is essential. I can’t stress enough that a good tofu dealer is crucial in life😜. Mash tofu together in a bowl. Than add all the spices, mayo and soy sauce.

2’ Step: chop
Chop spring onion into small pieces. Chop cucumber into slices and then into little strips so it mixes well with tofu.

3’ Step: Mix it all together
And eat!
