Easy | 20 min | 7 ingredients but 1 is fancy (inactive yeast flakes)
This recipe is cheat one! As we will use vegan shop bought puff pastry. Most of those are vegan now (as it is cheaper!) so we can finally take the advantage of the industry! It is super easy, quick and delicious!
Ingredients
1/2 block of silken tofu
1/2 block of smoked tofu
2,5 tbs inactive yeast flakes
1 sheet of vegan shop bought puff pastry
3 spring onion
1 tbs of pepper
1/4 tbs smoked pepper
If you feel fancy, you can add
(i mostly do):
3 brussel sprouts
pinch of turmeric/kurkuma
(for colour),pepper and chili flakes
1′ step: mesh the tofu
Add your tofu to a bowl with all the spices and inactive east and mash it all together. So get you cooked rice and mush it nicely in your dish to make a quiche base like form. Set your oven to 200°C so it warms up, shove your base for 10 min.

2′ Step: prep the pastry
Roll out the pastry sheet and divide it in to 6 square like pieces. And start your oven. Set your oven to 200°C so it warms up. shove your base for 10 min.

3’Step: Add tofu on top
Add tofu mixture to your pastry. Add a spoon full in to the center of pastry squares and start pinching corners. You want the pasty create a bowl like shape so nothing is leaking out of the pastry. Next chop spring onion and sprinkle it on top of the mixture. I added half of a brussels sprout on top of each pastry. I know people have mixed feelings about sprouts, so I won’t tell you to do it. But i did!

4’step: Shove it in to the oven
shove your it for 12 minutes to preheated oven.

5’step: Take it out of the oven
When you see pastry is picking up a bit of colour you can take it out. Give it few minutes of rest and voila it is ready! Super easy! Low effort and really tasty!
