Quick Vegan Pancakes with Only 8 Ingredients

Ingredients:


Pancakes

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 glass of flour
  • 1/2 glass of oat flakes
  • 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 glass of water
  • 1 tbs of sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbs of oil ( for frying)

Equipment

  • Pan
  • Bowl
  • Fork

1’Step: Mesh banana

Peal bananas and mesh them with a fork, it does not need to be perfect you can have some chunks – i like it when it is not even

2’Step: Add everything to a bowl

Add the rest of ingredients to a bowl i always start with dry elements and later adding more watery elements like vinegar and water

3’Step: Fry!

Preheat the pan. My temperature is set to 7 on a scale from 1-9. Add a teaspoon of olive oil to it. Take a tablespoon and add mixture to preheated pan. I do not have a massive pan so for me it fits 3 pancakes at once. Leave pancakes for a minute and then turn for another minute on the other side.

4’step: Eat

I eat them solo but you can add your favorite ingredients like jam or yogurt.
