Obviously this is a low calorie breakfast but it fills you up. For me I like eating it when I had a big dinner the previous day. I am that type of person that just needs to eat breakfast. This would be my go to in case i am not that hungry. I know i need to eat otherwise i will be grumpy all morning.

1’Step: cauliflower
Boil cauliflower. I prefer to have it a bit more soft but no to much so I boiled it for 6 min.

2’Step:Onions

While cauliflower is boiling, chop the spring and red onions. Add it to a pan and fry but just a bit so they still have their colour. I heated up my pun but then I reduced the heat to medium. Toasted onions around for 3 minutes and they are done.

3’Step:Blender out!
After you drain it and add it to a container that you would like to blend it. Add spices:1 tsp kalamata salt , 2 pinches of pepper, 2 pinch of chili flakes, 1 pinch of turmeric for colour. You can add a bit of inactive yeast if you like. I added a B12 oil here but it does not add anything to the taste but it gave a bit more orange colour.

4’Step: plate it
Plate it all together! Voila!
